The Hoshizaki HC1A-HS Heated Cabinet offers reliable heating and storage capabilities in a compact, upright design. Featuring full stainless steel doors and a robust construction, it is ideal for commercial kitchens requiring precise temperature control and maximum storage efficiency.
The cabinet includes a solid state digital controller with temperature alarms and an LED display in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, ensuring ease of operation and monitoring. Its interior is insulated with 2-3/8” of CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane, complemented by an interior top-mounted heating element with a fan for even heat distribution.
