The Globe GCB24G-RK is a 24" gas countertop charbroiler for steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables on a busy line. Cast iron grids hold the included char rocks over the burners, beneath heavy duty reversible cast iron grates.

On the GCB24G-RK, grates can sit angled or flat, with the backsplash height running 2" to 4" depending on grate position, and the grates are reversible. A 4" wide grease trough and a removable stainless steel drip pan catch grease and clear out for cleaning.
For the GCB24G-RK, insulated double wall construction on the front and sides holds heat in and keeps the front edge cool to the touch. Each burner has its own adjustable pilot that is reachable from the front panel, and metal control knobs with set screws stay put through daily use.
The GCB24G-RK ships set for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included, and it can be field converted to radiant or combination radiant/char rock (char rocks included). It suits restaurants, bars, and cafeterias that grill in volume on a countertop footprint.
