Measuring 60" wide with a 20" depth, this workstation fits seamlessly into narrow backbar footprints and assists with efficient staff circulation during busy service periods. The 24" x 8" fully insulated ice bin is positioned on the left, ideal for bartenders who scoop ice from this direction or for bar setups where the service path flows reverse of traditional right-hand layouts. With a 75-lb holding capacity, the bin stores enough ice to support full-shift beverage volume while insulation protects ice clarity and density so cocktails remain cold, crisp, and properly textured.

To the right, the 36" drainboard creates a dedicated staging and drying surface that keeps rinsed glasses away from ice and cocktail preparation.
