The Eagle CWS4-22R Underbar Cocktail Workstation is built to optimize speed, organization, and bartender workflow in a compact 48" footprint. Designed with the fully insulated ice bin positioned on the right side, it provides quick access to ice during drink assembly, reducing movement and improving service rhythm during rush periods. The ice bin measures 24" x 8" deep and holds up to 75 lbs of ice, helping maintain temperature consistency throughout a shift while minimizing melt and waste. On the left side, a 24" drainboard offers a designated area for drying tools, staging glassware, prepping garnishes, or holding utensils during service, keeping the workspace clean and free of clutter.

This unit is constructed with heavy-gauge Type 304 stainless steel on the work surface, front, backsplash, and ice bin — chosen specifically for its durability, corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand constant exposure to moisture and acidic beverage ingredients. Galvanized steel end panels, back, and bottom reinforce long-term structural strength without adding unnecessary weight. The bullnose front edge provides a smooth, ergonomic surface for comfort during extended service, while maintaining a modern, streamlined bar appearance.

A 24" stainless steel speedrail is mounted directly below the work surface, keeping commonly used spirits, mixers, and syrups organized and within easy reach so bartenders can work efficiently without stepping away from their station. Welded 1-5/8" galvanized tubular legs support the structure, paired with non-marking plastic bullet feet that adjust to uneven flooring and help prevent wear on finished surfaces. The workstation includes a 1-1/2" NPT drain with a 1-1/2" x 4" tailpiece for easy drainage and sanitation, reducing standing water and improving hygiene behind the bar.
