The 75-lb ice capacity helps maintain continuous supply through long shifts, while insulation slows melt and preserves ice integrity, reducing refill interruptions and wasted product.

On the left side, a 36" drainboard provides generous space for air-drying glassware, setting freshly washed tools, staging cocktails before delivery, or resting shakers during rapid drink builds. This built-in separation of ice and drying zones enhances cleanliness, reduces cross-contamination, and keeps the prep area uncluttered during peak rushes. The 24" stainless speedrail below the work surface keeps top-use spirits and mixers directly accessible, minimizing step counts and improving drink assembly rhythm.
