BB Series Banquet Carts are designed to hold and transport plated food warm and ready for serving. They are constructed of sanitary stainless steel and feature a bottommounted, removable convection heating system with dial controls.

- Bottom mounted heating system with blower heat
- 25 minute preheat to 160F (93C)
- Full range thermostat control knob
- Dial thermometer with remote sensing bulb
- Max. temperature: 200F (93C); pre-heat to 160F (71C) in approx. 25 minutes
- All-welded, turned-in seam, double-wall, stainless steel construction
- High-density fiberglass insulation
- 1" thick in all sides and door
- 1.5" thick on top
Transport features include wrap-around bumper, wheel-ahead caster pattern and insulated turned-in seam construction.
This cabinet is a good fit for any caterer or banquet operation that transports and holds plated meals at temperature.
