The burners are topped with heavy-duty, removable 12" x 12" cast iron grates for durability and easy cleaning. A full-length drip tray beneath the burners catches grease and food debris, helping maintain a clean work environment. The burners are equipped with standing pilots for quick and reliable ignition.
This model includes two full-size ovens, each measuring 26-1/2"W x 26"H x 14"D and delivering 27,000 BTUs. Each oven features an enamel-coated interior that simplifies cleaning and maintenance, along with two adjustable chrome racks and multiple rack positions to accommodate different pan sizes and cooking needs. The oven temperature ranges from 175°F to 550°F, allowing you to bake, roast, or warm food efficiently. For added safety, the oven pilots are equipped with 100% safety shutoff valves that cut gas flow in the event of a pilot failure.
