Professional Knife Sharpener
This efficient knife sharpener has two grinding wheels (one coarse, one fine) and a stropping wheel. It grinds at 18-22 degree angles, which are the optimum angles recommended by knife manufacturers.
The stropping wheel operates in reverse, allowing for a more efficient removal of burrs, as well as blade polishing.
A magnetized drawer captures metal shavings. 120v/60/1-ph, UL, NSF. Warranty: 1 Year Limited.
