The Cambro CP3253443 Cold Plate is designed to extend the cold holding time for Cambro GoBoxes and other insulated food carriers, such as the 48.6 QT, 63.4 QT, 68.2 QT, and 90.9 QT GoBoxes, as well as the UPC300 Ultra Pan Carriers. This cold plate is ideal for non-electric carriers or carts and is an essential tool for catering and foodservice operations that require temperature retention for extended periods. Simply freeze the Camchiller flat overnight, and slide it into the top rails of your insulated transporter to help maintain cold temperatures for up to 4 hours.
