Hot and Cold Meal Transportation Units
Serving breakfast and lunch in the classroom is quite the undertaking. Make it a little easier on your cafeteria staff by using our temperature-hold meal transportation kit.
Depending on the size of your classrooms, you can mix and match our Cambro GoBoxes to meet your needs. Each can hold multiple full-size food pans and will hold your food at safe temperatures (below 41 degrees or above 135 degrees Fahrenheit) for more than four hours! We offer both a 63.4 quart and a 90.4 quart option.
Meal Loading Instructions
- Load the Cambro GoBox(es) on the dolly.
- Portion out the food onto your cafeteria trays, then stack them side-by-side onto a full-size sheet pan. Depending on the size of your trays, you can fit 2 or 3 per sheet pan.
- Insert the sheet pan into the GoBox(es).
- Put the insulated milk box on top of the GoBox(es).
- Roll the food and millk to the appropriate classroom, then serve your hungry students!
