The 11-1/4"W x 10-1/4"D x 22-1/4"H housing includes six Vollrath #52633 removable perforated flatware cylinders in the vertical step design.

The six-compartment vertical flatware organizer combines the vertical step design of the three-compartment model with a two-column arrangement — providing six cylinder positions in a 11-1/4"W footprint that's less than double the three-compartment model's width. Six flatware categories in a two-column vertical step is the maximum density flatware organization available in the Vollrath countertop flatware organizer line.
Six categories at full-service cafeteria and institutional dining self-serve stations is a realistic requirement. A complete flatware setting might include salad forks, dinner forks, knives, soup spoons, teaspoons, and serving spoons — each as a separate category requiring its own cylinder at a self-service station where guests are selecting their own utensils. The three-high vertical step positions cylinders at three height levels. The two-column arrangement pairs a front cylinder and a back cylinder at each of the three levels — the step design provides visual access to both the front and back cylinders at each level, preventing the back column from being hidden behind the front column as it would be in a flat two-column arrangement.
At 22-1/4"H, the six-compartment organizer is the tallest item in the Vollrath countertop flatware line.
