The Vollrath 3-Series medium catering bag, 17"W x 13"D x 9"H, transports (2) half-size 4" food pans or (12) large beverages with 1-inch poly batting combined with an 8mm moisture-absorbent foil liner provides enhanced temperature performance — retaining heat more effectively than standard foam insulation and managing the moisture that hot foods release during transit throughout the delivery. The waterproof vinyl liner resists moisture infiltration from spills and condensation.
An optional heat pad (item VAC1212) is available separately to extend temperature maintenance for longer delivery routes — particularly valuable for operations where food must arrive at close to service temperature.
Reinforced stitching, heavy-duty webbing handles, reinforced side handles, and solid floor panels provide stable loading, carrying, and set-down on any surface.
