(3) pan separators divider included to keep contents organized and upright during transport. Bulk pockets for condiments, flatware, 2-liter bottles for condiments, flatware, or 2-liter bottles. The removable waterproof vinyl liner can be pulled out for separate, thorough cleaning and drying between delivery shifts.
An optional heat pad (item VAC1212) is available separately to extend temperature maintenance for longer delivery routes — particularly valuable for operations where food must arrive at close to service temperature.
