The Vollrath CubeKing converts sticks, square blocks, and rectangular blocks of cheese into consistent 3/4" cubes with a single downward stroke — all cuts completed simultaneously across the full block cross-section. Strong wires produce smooth, clean cuts through the full range of firm cheeses without tearing or crushing, and the pop-in/pop-out design makes blade changes and cleaning fast.
