A thermostatic griddle differs from a manual one in that it has a temperature sensor that will automatically increase the heat of the griddle surface. The 3/4" griddle provides superior even heat distribution due to its thickness. Comes with a 3-1/4" front grease trough, as well as a removable, easy-to-clean stainless grease pan.
