The Spoodle from Vollrath is a unique spoon and ladle combination which makes serving food easy, while also providing portion control. Its bowl design fits easily into the corners of pots and pans, so you don't have leftover food at the bottom of your cooking pot that goes to waste. This 1-piece heavy duty kitchen ladle has a perforated round bowl with a 6 ounce capacity. The bowl and shaft of this Spoodle are crafted from corrosion resistant, 18/8 304 stainless steel with a polished mirror- finish. The textured, nylon coated handle is black - which is part of the Spoodle color coding system and signifies the 6 oz capacity. This heavy duty spoon / serving ladle is heat resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees C) and has an ergonomic design for easy use in any restaurant or commercial kitchen.
