This Scotsman ice machine was designed to last: the sealed, maintenance-free bearings ensure maximum reliability and long-lasting performance; the stainless steel evaporator and auger provide maximum durability; and the sealed refrigeration system minimizes outside airborne contamination.
It also has one of the industry's smallest operational footprints, and - as a nugget-style machine - is inherently more energy and water efficient than cube machines.
