The Sammic KE-8V is a cutter-mixer and emulsifier from Sammic's ULTRA Heavy Duty line, built to cut, grind, texturize, mix, and knead food in seconds. An adjustable speed brushless motor block drives an 8.5 qt stainless steel cutter bowl fitted with toothed blades and a cut and mix scraper.

The KE-8V is well suited to emulsions and texturizing. Time programming and a pulse button give you control over each batch, the reverse function lets you mix instead of cut, and the transparent lid lets you watch the product as it processes. Smooth or perforated blades are available as options for other purposes.
Brushless motor technology maintains torque throughout the speed range, and the exclusive force control system is designed to give a uniform, high-quality result. The motors are lightweight and compact, run with less noise, and are better sealed against air and water because no ventilation is required.
