The Sammic CK-241 2D Food Processor is a high-performance machine designed for precision cutting and grating. Its comprehensive cutter and disc design allows for a wide range of cutting options, with the possibility of obtaining more than 35 different types of cuts and grating grades by combining the various accessories (sold separately).

Components Included

The 4.4L bowl is equipped with a lateral stirrer and high shaft to obtain greater production, and the transparent polycarbonate lid is equipped with a hole to add ingredients during use. The lid also comes with a gasket to prevent product overflowing. Lateral stirrers and inverted-blade technology create a homogeneous and fine mixing result, and the lateral stirrers also prevent product overheating. The special position of the cutting edges ensures a very uniform finish, which can be manipulated using optional smooth or perforated blades. The gravity product expulsion ramp allows you to reconstruct sliced products for storing or presentation purposes, while the included ejection disc is ideal for products that require that require greater volumes of production.

The lateral product output requires less space on the worktop and guides the product, avoiding splashes.
