This has a number of benefits - fresh potatoes don't require refrigeration (saving freezer space), fresh fries cook faster than frozen fries and don't affect the temperature of the oil as significantly, and the Spiral Fry design uses the whole potato (less waste!)

This unit mounts securely on any flat surface for left or right handed operation, and is made from commercial-grade cast aluminum and stainless steel.
