This machine provides easy access to food zone with the removal of two screws and lift-off door. The high-tech exterior with smudge and fingerprint resistant stainless-like finish looks stylish in any front-of-house placement. White plastics in the food zone helping identifying areas needing cleaning. The water shield, distribution pump, floats, and trough are removable by hand.
