The Imperial IRB-24 Gas Radiant Charbroiler | 24" is a high-performance countertop charbroiler designed for heavy-duty use in commercial kitchens. With its 60,000 BTU output, this charbroiler features four individually controlled radiant burners, each delivering 15,000 BTU/hr. These stainless steel burners are equipped with removable, reinforced cast iron radiants, which prevent clogging and provide even broiling, while maximizing heat retention and delivering intense surface temperatures for perfect grilling.
The top grates are made of heavy-duty cast iron, designed to provide attractive char-broiler markings. The grates are 3” x 22” (76 x 559 mm) sections that can be easily and safely removed for cleaning. The slanted cooking surface offers a range of cooking temperatures, and the grates feature a cast-in grease trough that channels excess fat into the front grease gutter, helping to minimize flare-ups.
The unit has a stainless steel exterior with welded and polished seams, offering both durability and ease of cleaning. It also features an insulated cooktop to conserve energy. The control knobs are made of cast aluminum with a Valox™ heat protection grip for safety and durability. The 5” stainless steel landing ledge provides space for plating, while the full-width grease gutter and removable drip pan make cleanup easier.
The Imperial IRB-24 Gas Radiant Charbroiler is available in Natural Gas or Propane (LP), with a manifold pressure of 5.0" W.C. for natural gas and 10.0" W.C. for propane. The manifold size is 3/4".
This unit is cETLus, NSF, and CE certified, and it comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty. It is designed for use on non-combustible surfaces, requiring either legs or a stand. The unit provides 0” clearance from non-combustible surfaces and 8” clearance from combustible surfaces for safe operation.
