Equipped with three 30,000 BTU burners (9 kW each) placed every 12" (305 mm), the Imperial ITG-36 ensures even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface, thanks to aeration baffles between the burners. Each burner is equipped with an adjustable gas valve and a continuous pilot, ensuring instant ignition and reliable operation.
The griddle plate is constructed from highly polished 1" thick steel that holds temperature effectively, making it ideal for cooking everything from eggs to steaks.
