Each drawer has a recessed individual thermostatic control, temperature monitor, and On/Off switch, which means you can easily hold a wide variety of hot foods safely for peak serving periods. Each drawer also comes with a standard 6" deep food pan that can lift straight out of the drawers for easy loading.
