This exhaust only hood is intended for use in commercial restaurant kitchens over appliances which produce hot steam without grease-laden vapors. Professional kitchen equipment that should use an exhaust hood to vent the condensate and steam includes steamers, kettles and dishwashers. The stainless steel construction of this steam exhaust hood provides an attractive, polished look where exposed. Please note that the photo depicts only a line drawing of the hood, but the actual unit is polished stainless steel. Wall mount configuration, 84"W x 42"D x 24"H.
