Designed to transport hot or cold sheet pans, the Camcart for Sheet Pans protects food for 4+ hours with its CFC-free insulation. The Camcart also features two reach-in cavities to reduce temperature change and rust proof latches, molded handles, and 6" casters to insure safe food storage and maneuverability in tight areas. This unit has 24 supporting rails to store sheet pans of different sizes and configurations .
