The Cambro UPCS160110 Black Ultra Pan Carrier is a durable, top-loading food carrier designed to hold one full-size or fractional GN pan up to 6 inches deep, with an approximate capacity of 20 quarts. Built for catering, food delivery, and off-site service, this carrier maintains safe food temperatures—hot for up to 4 hours between 190°F and 179°F, and cold for up to 4 hours between 33.9°F and 35.8°F—without the need for electricity.
