Keep product chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of 41 degrees Fahrenheit without the use of messy ice.

Cold Storage Food Pan from Cambro
Eliminate worries about the temperature of your food - this coldfest pan will keep your food under 40°F for up to 6 hours without the use of electricity or ice. All you have to do is freeze the pan upside down for eight hours (or overnight) before filling it with your pre-chilled product.
This pans conforms to Gastronorm exterior dimensions to fit standard food bars or make tables, and can be used for direct food contact with all types of food products.
