Cabinet Construction of the Beverage Air Glass Chiller
Beverage Air Refrigeration is a name that is known and relied upon and these glass frosters aren't any different. This glass froster is constructed of an attractive, wear-resistant vinyl on steel in a black finish. The top and the lid are made of stainless steel. The one lid easily slides open and the countertop has an edge to prevent product from falling behind the glass froster. The interior is constructed of galvanized steel. The polyurethane insulation is CFC and HCFC free. The insulation helps enhance the strength of the cabinet and increases energy efficiency.
Refrigeration System of the Beverage Air Glass Froster
Beverage air refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant that is CFC and HCFC free in compliance with environmental safety concerns. The refrigeration system includes an automatic defrost for the coils and a built in condensate evaporator system. The condensate evaporator system eliminates the need for floor drains or additional plumbing. The elimination of the condensation is automatic and non-electric. The refrigeration motor is 1/2 HP. The coldest setting of this glass chiller is -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
