This commercial popcorn popper requires 6 ounce all in one popcorn packets and produces 127 quarts per hour. It is made with all metal construction with tempered glass panels. The inner kettle is constructed of 20 mil thick anodized aluminum so oil and residue do not stick to the inside, making cleaning a breeze. Aluminum is a food safe alloy that armors the kettle for durability and provides a super-slick surface for easy cleaning. The popcorn kettle jacket is made of plated steel so it is resistant to rust and corrosion and is also easy to clean. A unique feature about this commercial grade popcorn popper is the unpopped kernel drawer. The perforated aluminum tray at the bottom of the machine allows un-popped kernels to fall into the drawer after the popping cycle, so any old-maids are collected here for easy disposal, leaving only the fully popped kernels in the holding bin. Stir or rake the popped corn with a scoop to make sure all old-maids fall through the openings, and your customers don't get served any bad kernels! Two simple switches control this machine, with one powering the interior lamp while the other turns the agitator and heats the kettle to initiate a popping cycle.
