The (3) gas control knobs allow for easy operation and precise temperature control, while the double wall insulated sides help to retain heat and reduce energy consumption. The welded back and side splash guards protect your workspace from splatters and spills, while the rear flue helps to vent smoke and heat.
Cleaning the VTG-36 is a breeze thanks to the removable 3-1/4" grease drawer with weep hole and baffle, and the 4" wide grease trough that collects grease and debris.
