The Vollrath two-column horizontal flush-mount lid holder stores two columns of drink lids in a side-by-side horizontal installation — providing two lid types or higher capacity of one type in a recessed installation. Overall dimensions 11"W x 5-3/8"D x 7-1/4"H with a 6-5/16" x 10-1/16" cutout. Adjustable column dividers accommodate any lid size.
Dividers are removable for cleaning. Mar- and fingerprint-resistant black thermoplastic. Mounting screws included.
The two-column horizontal flush-mount lid holder doubles the lid storage capacity and type range of the one-column model in a horizontal orientation. Two columns placed side by side allow two different lid types to be available at the same installation point — hot and cold drink lids, small and large lid sizes, or flat and dome lids — without requiring two separate cutouts in the counter or cabinet face.
Adjustable column dividers are the flexibility feature that makes the two-column model effective across different lid specifications. The divider between columns can be repositioned to allocate more or less column width to each lid type — giving a larger column to the higher-volume lid and a narrower column to the secondary lid. This adjustment capability also allows the organizer to adapt when lid vendors change or when lid sizes shift between seasons or promotional programs.
Removing the column dividers for cleaning is a practical maintenance feature. Lid residue, dust, and debris accumulate at the base of lid storage columns over time. Removable dividers allow the column interior to be fully accessed and cleaned — rather than requiring brushing or swabbing around a fixed divider — maintaining the sanitation standard appropriate for a surface in contact with the lid that contacts the guest's drink.
Horizontal installation places both columns accessible from the counter or cabinet face in the same reach zone. For drink service staff retrieving lids at speed during a service rush, having two lid types accessible without lateral reach or repositioning improves service throughput. The two columns are aligned horizontally so both types are within the same minimal-motion reach zone.
The 6-5/16" x 10-1/16" cutout spans the two-column width — approximately double the one-column cutout width. Counter and cabinet planning must accommodate this wider cutout while maintaining adequate structural support on both sides of the opening.
