Each 5.3-gallon polycarbonate bowl has its own thermostat for independent temperature management, allowing 4 different beverages to be held at their individual optimal serving temperatures simultaneously. Fountain spray circulation continuously agitates the product surface, preventing separation and stratification in juice blends, lemonade, and similar beverages.
The gravity-fed stainless steel spigot delivers a drip-free dispense without pumps or pressurized components. ABS plastic drip trays catch incidental overflow. The Vollrath 4-bowl refrigerated beverage dispenser is a complete, self-contained display and dispensing solution for pre-mixed cold beverages. By holding product at a consistent 35–41°F throughout service, it eliminates the temperature variation that degrades beverage quality when products are held in iced containers that cycle between cold and warm as ice melts and is replenished.
Fountain spray circulation continuously agitates the product surface, maintaining homogeneous consistency and preventing the separation of blended beverages, juice concentrates, and lemonade that occurs without circulation — ensuring the last glass poured is the same quality as the first. Each of the 4 bowls have an independent thermostat, allowing different beverages to be maintained at individually optimized serving temperatures simultaneously.
