The Vollrath eight-compartment countertop flatware organizer provides two additional compartments over the six-compartment model — accommodating eight flatware or condiment categories in a four-high, two-wide arrangement. The 10-1/8"W x 19-3/4"D x 15"H housing stores more cylinders and more flatware volume per fill in the same two-column footprint.

The eight-compartment flatware organizer extends the six-compartment model with two additional cylinder positions — adding a fourth row to the three-high arrangement — for operations that manage more than six flatware or condiment categories, or that require greater per-category storage depth at high-volume self-serve stations.
At high-volume cafeteria operations, institutional dining facilities, and large-format self-serve stations, eight compartments provide meaningful additional capacity. A full place setting might require cylinders for salad forks, dinner forks, knives, soup spoons, teaspoons, dessert forks, serving spoons, and butter knives — eight categories that the eight-compartment organizer accommodates in a single, organized unit rather than across multiple separate organizers.
