Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, this oven is built to last, while the custom baffle fan and diffuser plate ensure an even bake every time. With four no-tip chrome-plated steel shelves that can accommodate full-size sheet pans, you can prepare an array of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, meats, and vegetables to satisfy your customers' cravings.
The Vollrath Cayenne convection oven features dual, self-reversing fans that enable uniform cooking, while the steam injection system provides manual humidity control for optimal results. The Kool-Touch® door is easily removed, and rounded interior corners make cleaning a breeze.
This oven also includes a 120-minute bake timer that automatically turns off the unit after the set time, and knob guards to protect the thermostat and timer from accidental adjustments. Based on independent UL testing, this product complies with NFPA96 for ventless operation using the EPA202 test method, with ventless allowance being dependent upon AHJ approval.
