The JBA-120 is a 120' 304 stainless steel square jockey box cooling coil designed to chill draft beer to optimal serving temperature (36–38°F) in a portable ice-water bath setup. The square profile is engineered to fit snugly inside standard coolers without wasted space or coil movement during transport. Specialized legs elevate the coil off the cooler floor, allowing chilled water to circulate underneath and maximizing cooling contact with the beverage.
304 stainless steel tubing is the correct material for beverage contact - flavor-neutral, non-reactive, and easy to clean between uses. The coil comes with ferrules, grommets, and hex nut fittings for direct attachment to standard jockey box shanks. For draft beer use only - not intended for other beverages.

The cooling mechanism is simple and reliable: warm beer from the keg enters one end of the coil, travels through 120 feet of stainless steel tubing submerged in ice-cold water, and exits at the faucet end chilled to serving temperature. The square coil profile is engineered to fit efficiently inside standard rectangular coolers - maximizing the use of available cooler volume and keeping the coil from shifting during transport.
Specialized legs elevate the coil off the cooler floor, allowing cold water to circulate underneath the coil as well as around it - maximizing the wetted surface area of the coil in contact with the ice bath and improving cooling efficiency at high pour volumes.
304 stainless steel tubing is the only correct material for beverage contact in a draft system - it is completely flavor-neutral, non-reactive with beer acids and alcohol, and cleanable to food-safe standards.
