This True reach in cooler has a factory-engineered, self-contained, capillary-tube system that uses an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The True T-19 also features an extra-large evaporator coil balanced with higher horsepower compressor and large condenser; this particular unit also maintains 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 38 degrees Fahrenheit (.5 degreeC to 3.3 degreeC) for the best in food preservation.
In addition, a sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor(s) and larger fan blades give this True one door refrigerator a more efficient low velocity, high volume airflow design. This unique design ensures faster temperature recovery and shorter run times in the busiest of restaurants and other food-service environments.
