The True TPP-AT-67D-2-HC refrigerator pizza prep table combines refrigerated storage and a convenient preparation surface in a durable 68" unit. The cabinet features one full door and two drawers, with each drawer accommodating two full-size 12" x 20" x 8"D pans, sold separately. Two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves are included for the door section.
The 33–41°F pan rail is designed for holding prepared ingredients and includes a stainless steel cover and nine 1/3-size clear polycarbonate insert pans. A 19-1/2" deep, full-length white polyethylene cutting board provides a durable and sanitary surface for pizza preparation.
True's factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential. The forced-air refrigeration system is factory balanced to maintain temperatures from 33°F to 41°F and is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food product.
The exterior features a stainless steel front, top, and sides, while the back is made from corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel. The interior uses a clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners. Foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation provides efficient temperature retention.
