Thick wall construction and heavy gauge metals throughout the glass chiller make it as durable as any unit. The foamed in place insulation saves on energy costs, adds strength, and has no harmful environmental concerns. A push button overnight defrost system rids the interior and the contents of the bar glass froster of any ice build up. Manually initiate the glass chiller to defrost overnight and it will automatically stop defrosting after six hours. The interior floor drain removes the melting ice during the defrost process. The moisture will drain to a self evaporating condensing pan, so no condensate plumbing is required. The quiet, balanced refrigeration uses a R134a expansion valve system with a hermetic condensing unit that pulls out easily for cleaning and maintenance. The reinforced lid rails will not bend or sag. The door frame heater prevents build up of condensation on the exterior of the glass chiller. Floor racks and a die cast handle come standard with this unit.
