The hood uses a multi-stage filtration system and a condensing heat exchanger to manage grease, odors, and heat. A self-contained condensate pan and oven-interlocked operation simplify installation while maintaining safe and efficient kitchen airflow.
This Moffat Turbofan ventless condensing hood is purpose-built for use with the Moffat Turbofan E31D4 convection oven, providing an effective alternative to traditional ducted ventilation. A three-stage filtration system removes grease, airborne particles, and odors. The removable grease baffle and mesh particle filters support easy routine maintenance, while the replaceable charcoal filter helps neutralize cooking odors before air is recirculated.
