The MerryChef PSR160 Panini Press Kit is designed for high-speed production of compressed sandwiches with consistent grill marks. The low-opening grill top allows controlled compression while maximizing heat and airflow through the food.
This kit installs easily by removing the cook plate and placing the press onto the oven cavity stubs. When not actively pressing, operators can continue cooking food on top of the press using approved MerryChef accessories.
