The Silver Series Blender Dump Sink provides a dedicated disposal station for blender waste, ice, and liquid runoff — keeping the bar surface clear and the main sink free for glassware. At 12"W with a 12"D x 10"W x 7"H bowl, it accepts full blender jars and large cocktail shakers without overflow, and the 1-1/2" drain handles high-volume liquid disposal during fast-paced service.
The included 4" center wall mount faucet with quarter-turn ceramic valves provides hot and cold water access for rinsing the bowl and equipment at the blender station. The 3" backsplash protects the wall, and 1-5/8" tubular legs with gray plastic bullet feet maintain consistent working height with adjacent underbar equipment. Pre-drilled rivnuts allow fast field attachment to surrounding modules. NSF listed.
The Silver Series Blender Dump Sink is built for the operational reality of a busy blender station: large volumes of liquid and ice need to be disposed of quickly and repeatedly during service, and that disposal cannot compete with glassware washing or other sink functions happening simultaneously. A dedicated dump sink at the blender station eliminates that conflict entirely.
The 12"D x 10"W x 7"H bowl is sized to accept a full blender jar dump without overflow. The 7" depth handles the volume of a standard commercial blender jar while the width provides a stable target for quick disposal without careful aiming during a rush. The 1-1/2" drain handles high-volume liquid disposal at the rate generated by continuous blending operations.
The included 4" center wall mount faucet with quarter-turn ceramic valves provides on-demand hot and cold water for bowl rinsing between uses and for rinsing blender jars before washing. Quarter-turn ceramic valve mechanisms are the commercial standard: they open and close fully in a quarter turn, provide reliable water control without dripping, and outlast compression-type valves significantly under commercial use frequency.
At 12"W x 22.5"" front-to-back, this sink fits within the standard Silver Series underbar module footprint, and pre-drilled rivnuts allow attachment to adjacent units without separate hardware. The 3" backsplash protects the back wall from the splashing inherent to dump sink use. All stainless steel construction, NSF listed.
