Eliminate carbon build-up, grease, and cooking deposits from your fryer, oven, grill, exhaust hood, ranges, and more with this powerful cleaner. Use for Fryer Boil-Out Cleaning
For routine fryer tank/pot cleaning follow these simple steps:
- Add 1 oz. FOG per gallon of water needed to fill your tank
- Fill fryer with cleaning solution
- Heat to 200°F.
- Let soak for 20-30 minutes
- Drain and thoroughly rinse tank/pot
Use for Oven Cleaning
For regular cleaning of the inside of your ovens. It's easy, just follow these instructions:
- Warm your oven up to 200°F.
- Apply FOG to to surfaces with a cloth, sponge or spray.
- Wait 10-15 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly with water
- Wipe surface clean with a damp cloth or sponge
- Repeat if needed on those heavy build-up areas
Use for Grill Cleaning
You can use this stuff on your flat grills, griddles, and range tops too. Follow these steps:
- If surface is hot, dilute FOG with water prior to use.
- Apply FOG to surface
- Wait 2-3 minutes
- Wipe down surface
- Rinse thoroughly with water
Use for General Equipment Cleaning
Clean the exterior of your cookline, exhaust hoods, canopies, etc. Follow these simple steps:
- Add 2 to 4 oz. of FOG concentrate to 1 quart of water
- Spray with sprayer on the surfaces requiring cleaning. (not intended for use on aluminum or painted surfaces)
- Wait 2-5 minutes
- Wipe surface and rinse thoroughly with water
Important: you should always use goggles and gloves when handling any cleaner including FOG. Avoid breathing in fumes when spraying.
