This Pie Server from the Dexter Russell Basics® Series (P94852) is 9.5" long with a 4.5" x 2.25" offset stainless steel blade. Provides a good angle for cutting thick crust without ruining the edge or topping. Stainless steel blade won't corrode or rust. Polypropylene handle provides a slip-free grip.
