How to Clean the ColdOne?
After each use, empty the keg and clean the system by running beer line cleaner through the tap(s), keg, and lines. Follow up by sanitizing with StarSan to keep everything fresh and ready for your next pour. Wipe down the outer shell with a damp cloth and polish the stainless steel parts to maintain their shine. When not in use, turn the CO₂ regulator to the off position to preserve cartridges, and allow the keg and lines to dry completely before storing. For the ColdOne™ X2, be sure to clean and sanitize both taps and lines separately.
