The Cambro PCU1000HC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Cold Food Pan Carrier is designed to keep hot and cold foods at the ideal temperature during transport. It includes one hot (top) and one cold (bottom) active compartments that can hold up to ten GN 1/1 food pans, each 4" deep. The touch screen provides precise control over the temperature, ensuring food safety and quality.
