A removable cutting board and stainless steel hood and lid assembles are included. The refrigerator is a 3 door, stainless steel model.

Beverage Air's "Mega Top" commercial prep tables allow for maximum versatility when it comes to storing fresh ingredients. This model is an ideal sandwich prep table, as well as a great choice for burritos, salads, or any other menu items chock-full of ingredients. The opening above the cabinet is wider than that of standard models, and an initial food pan set-up is included. The front and sides of the refrigerated cabinet have a stainless steel finish, as do the hood and lid assemblies. The cutting board, which runs the across the entire length of the unit, is 10" wide.

This Beverage Air model uses an environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant and CFC-free insulation, both eco-friendly choices. The enhanced refrigeration system in the SPE72HC-18M commercial prep table uses forced-air cooling to maintain a balanced temperature in the cabinet. Good airflow also keeps prepped products between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This helps ensure your food will look and taste appealing.
