Restaurant Participants: This giveaway is for restaurant participants only. Only restaurants that received the giveaway email are eligible to enter. Complete the form above and select "Restaurant Participant" to confirm your participation and claim your prize. Participation is limited to one entry per restaurant.
Event Attendees: Open to all Relish the Region attendees. Fill out the form above and select "Event Attendee" to enter for a chance to win the Vollrath OPTIO Deluxe 6-Piece Cookware Set. One entry per attendee.
