Great Refrigerated Counter top Prep UnitI have a Temporary Food Facility, Food Trailer. I was always on the "S**t" list with the local Health Department for my condiments not being cool enough in an ice bath. This little gem satisfied the inspectors and has helped to give us that perfect score that we all want.
I use 1/9 pans for the first space, 1/6 pans for the second and a 1/3 pan for the third. I am able to go all 1/6s or 1/9s or thirds in any combination thereof.
The refer is a excellent quality and construction is heavy duty, durable and easy to keep clean.
Couldn't be happier.
Only minor complaint is I waited a week too long to order and the price went up by $50.....Posted on
