Ingredients for Guacomole

4 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 medium red onion, diced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 small tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
1/2 tablespoon chopped Cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions for Making Guacomole

Put the lime juice and the scooped avocado in a glass or non reactive bowl. Coat all of the Avocado with the lime juice. Pour off and reserve the lime juice in a different bowl. Sprinkle the salt, cumin, and cayenne on top of the avocado pulp. Mash the avocado with a potato masher. Fold in the onions, tomatoes, parsley, cilantro and garlic along with 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Add the minced jalapeno to taste.
